In the morning, we’ll welcome the new day with gratitude and calm. In the evening, we'll let go of the day and return to quiet rest.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, these short moments can help you feel more peaceful, connected and grateful.
For 7 days, you’ll receive two 4-minute guided meditations by email each day: one for the morning and one for the evening.
